Create a beautiful, layered look as Lipchic sealer keeps lipstick and gloss from mixing. This gloss can add dimension to any lips; simply apply on top of any other lipstick or gloss for a 3-D effect! The experts tell us that you should wait 5 - 10 minutes after applying sealant before applying gloss to allow the sealant to fully dry.
