Formerly known as Kiss Me, blinc is the original eyeliner invented to form a water-resistant "layer of color" that contours your eyes. Since blinc is not a cosmetic paint like conventional eyeliners, it cannot fade, smudge, run or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes. The intense layer of color creates a dramatic look that lasts all day. Only when you are ready for removal, the layer of color will effortlessly slide off your skin into your hand without the use of a harsh makeup remover.Ideal for those with sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers, and active people in search of an eyeliner whose look, hold and ease of removal is without compromise. Rated as a "beauty breakthrough" by PREVENTION Magazine. APPLICATION You apply blinc just like a regular liquid eyeliner. It is important that you do not use moisturizers, foundations, etc...before applying the eyeliner. blinc requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly to your skin. It will take blinc approximately 1 minute to set. REMOVAL When it's time to remove, blinc only requires a combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure. Pressure alone is not enough, and water alone is not enough. But lots of warm water AND gentle pressure (i.e. when taking a shower or when using a washcloth), will make the eyeliner effortlessly slide off. You will actually see the eyeliner layers come off into your hand. If you insist on using a makeup remover, you must use a water-base remover NOT an oil-based remover. Nothing oily can make blinc come off...not even if you have really oily skin. TIPS AND TRICKS If you make a mistake, just wet the tip of a Q-tip and brush it along the line that you want to erase (blinc eyeliner cleans up easily and will not streak like all other liquid liners). The more coats of liner that you apply, the darker and more pronounced the color becomes.If you would like to smudge the eyeliner, it must be done immediately after it is applied (you may use the tips of your fingers or a hard eyeliner brush). To create a wide-eyed, radiant look...Gently pull the lid skin taunt towards your ear and start at the inner part of the lid, draw a think line smoothly and evenly along the upper lid,getting as close to the lashes as possible. Make sure to apply your blinc Eyeliner all the way to the corner of y our eyes for the full effect. You can also try drawing three dashes. One at the inner corner, one in the middle of the lashes line and another at the outer corner and the connecting the dashes. The new aluminum screw-top cylinder is reusable. We encourage consumers to hang onto the screw-top aluminum container and use it as a storage device in their purse or makeup bag for items such as tweezers, liner pencils, brow pencils, bobby pins, or anything else that fits and helps organize the inside of a purse. blinc mascara is not so much heat sensitive as it is sensitive to water/saturation.
